This is the heart of Chicago’s Mexican American community whose wealth of restaurants and shops is matched by its cultural riches. Located on the lower West Side of Chicago, Pilsen offers some very affordable options in a new up and coming neighborhood. It has easy access to the “L”, bus lines, and the Loop.
